H-1 PROFESSIONALS

(1) If you are looking for a job in the United States, or your company would like to receive work authorization for a talented nonimmigrant, you may be eligible to obtain an H-1B Nonimmigrant Visa if:

(A) The Job Opportunity that interests you or your candidate requires at least a Bachelors degree as a prerequisite to perform the job duties;
(B) You or your candidate have at least a Bachelors degree in a field of study related to the duties in the Job Opportunity; and
(C) The Job Opportunity is offered at the prevailing wage under terms and conditions comparable to those of other similarly-situated employees.

(2) An Immigrant Visa may also be available based on the criteria set forth in section (1), above. If you or your candidate currently hold an H-1B Nonimmigrant Visa in the United States, or you or your candidate are overseas and do not wish to move to the United States immediately, you may be eligible to begin the process to apply for a "Green Card".
