Recently, an executive from one of the larger corporations here in St. Louis told me that a "medium-sized" company is one that has a gross annual income of $500 million or less (I found it hard to believe that $500 is a "medium-sized" amount of money, but I suppose in these days when Mobil and Exxon have merged, it is!). So, if a $500 million company is medium-sized, I generally represent small to medium-sized organizations in their immigration matters. My services are usually performed on an "out-sourced" basis for those entities whose size or special needs require the attention of a full-time immigration lawyer.

In keeping with this focus, my office is not a "visa factory". The cornerstones of my practice approach are personal service, strict attention to detail, and creative problem solving within the bounds of the law. For years, my staff and I have joined with the Management and Human Resources Departments of numerous high-tech, engineering, manufacturing, mining, professional, and service organizations to help them achieve their immigration goals and objectives.
